In our personal injury practice, we aggressively but compassionately protect the rights of injury victims and are experienced in taking on insurance companies to maximize recoveries for our clients.  We work thoroughly and assertively in pursuing settlement of personal injury and wrongful death cases, and effectively represent our clients in state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.  Our personal injury practice includes representation of victims of many types of injury incidents including automobile, truck collisions, motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, construction site incidents, catastrophic and brain injury cases, wrongful death incidents and premises liability incidents.

In our civil litigation practice, we provide our clients with diligent and effective representation in a variety of civil cases including insurance disputes, breach of contract and bad faith claims.
